The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher H4C8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H4C8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and DLBC are the cancer types where H4C8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
