H4C8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,652 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RRM1, and RSF1_S397. Each is linked with H4C8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C8-to-partner and partner-to-H4C8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H4C8 versus RFC1_T506 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
