H4C8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H4C8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,304 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, and Very long-chain fatty acid catabolic process. Each is linked with H4C8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C8-to-partner and partner-to-H4C8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway grouped by H4C8-low versus H4C8-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C8→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
