H4C7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7843, IGHVII-33-1, and LINC01205. Each is linked with H4C7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C7-to-partner and partner-to-H4C7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7843 grouped by H4C7-low versus H4C7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C7→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
