Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, H4C7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H4C7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM16, WDR64, and CARD8. Each is linked with H4C7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C7-to-partner and partner-to-H4C7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDM16 grouped by H4C7-low versus H4C7-high in OESOPHAGUS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C7→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
