H4C5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6876, KRTAP4-2, and RNU6-310P. Each is linked with H4C5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C5-to-partner and partner-to-H4C5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6876 grouped by H4C5-low versus H4C5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C5→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
