Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H4C4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H4C4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher H4C4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H4C4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and LIHC are the cancer types where H4C4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
