H4C3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,007 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC17, H4C5, and H4C4. Each is linked with H4C3 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C3-to-partner and partner-to-H4C3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
