H4C3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,507 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, PRC1, and DNAJC9. Each is linked with H4C3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C3-to-partner and partner-to-H4C3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
