H4C3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H4C3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,570 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SP4, RAB15, and PHLDB2. Each is linked with H4C3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C3-to-partner and partner-to-H4C3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
