Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H4C2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H4C2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher H4C2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H4C2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where H4C2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
