Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H4C11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H4C11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher H4C11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H4C11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where H4C11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
