H4C11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, RRM2, and WDHD1_S407. Each is linked with H4C11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C11-to-partner and partner-to-H4C11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C11→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
