H4C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB28P3, MLLT10P2, and RN7SL275P. Each is linked with H4C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C1-to-partner and partner-to-H4C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB28P3 grouped by H4C1-low versus H4C1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
