Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H3P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H3P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher H3P7 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H3P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and COAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LIHC, and MESO are the cancer types where H3P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
