H3P45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL4, VEZF1, and HTATSF1. Each is linked with H3P45 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P45-to-partner and partner-to-H3P45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P45→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
