Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H3P30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H3P30 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher H3P30 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H3P30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, ACC, and ESCA are the cancer types where H3P30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
