H3C6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF4, MT4, and MSGN1. Each is linked with H3C6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C6-to-partner and partner-to-H3C6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF4 grouped by H3C6-low versus H3C6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
