H3C3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,827 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of circadian rhythm, Regulation of centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, and Post-embryonic eye morphogenesis. Each is linked with H3C3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C3-to-partner and partner-to-H3C3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of circadian rhythm grouped by H3C3-low versus H3C3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
