H3C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL5C, ACER1, and PSG6. Each is linked with H3C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C2-to-partner and partner-to-H3C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL5C grouped by H3C2-low versus H3C2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
