H3C11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3C11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL346P, KRTAP9-10P, and MIR151A. Each is linked with H3C11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C11-to-partner and partner-to-H3C11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL346P grouped by H3C11-low versus H3C11-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C11→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
