Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H3C11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Establishment of spindle localization, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with H3C11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C11-to-partner and partner-to-H3C11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by H3C11-low versus H3C11-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
