H3C10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3C10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD3G, RNU6-707P, and GNG5P1. Each is linked with H3C10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C10-to-partner and partner-to-H3C10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD3G grouped by H3C10-low versus H3C10-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C10→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
