H3C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,713 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDHD1, MKI67_S2528, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with H3C1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C1-to-partner and partner-to-H3C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3C1 versus WDHD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
