Across TCGA cell cohorts, H3C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,409 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H3C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Protein acetylation. Each is linked with H3C1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C1-to-partner and partner-to-H3C1 results are reported.
