The most reproducible H3C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR42 and CXorf51A. Each is linked with H3C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C1-to-partner and partner-to-H3C1 results are reported.
