H2BP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,275 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, tRNA metabolic process, and RNA modification. Each is linked with H2BP3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BP3-to-partner and partner-to-H2BP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin grouped by H2BP3-low versus H2BP3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
