H2BP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIF1, VAV1, and CD14. Each is linked with H2BP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BP2-to-partner and partner-to-H2BP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2BP2 versus AIF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
