Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, IRS1, and Notch1. Each is linked with H2BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BP2-to-partner and partner-to-H2BP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by H2BP2-low versus H2BP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
