H2BC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,789 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC5, H2AC16, and H2BC17. Each is linked with H2BC6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC6-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2BC6 versus H2BC5 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
