Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2BC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H2BC4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher H2BC4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2BC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, CESC, and UCEC are the cancer types where H2BC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
