Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2BC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H2BC3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher H2BC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2BC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, THYM, and HNSC are the cancer types where H2BC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
