Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2BC18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H2BC18 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher H2BC18 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2BC18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where H2BC18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
