Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,424 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with H2BC17 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC17-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC17 results are reported.
