H2BC16P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC16P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,801 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC16P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, Mitotic nuclear division, and DNA replication. Each is linked with H2BC16P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC16P-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC16P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC16P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC16P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
