H2BC15

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Ku80, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with H2BC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC15-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC15 results are reported.
