The most reproducible H2BC15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to nutrient levels, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Negative regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with H2BC15 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC15-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC15 results are reported.
