Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2BC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,807 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2BC11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, and Latent virus replication. Each is linked with H2BC11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC11-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin grouped by H2BC11-low versus H2BC11-high in BREAST.
