Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2BC10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H2BC10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher H2BC10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2BC10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where H2BC10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
