H2AZP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AZP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,990 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AZP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDS5A_T1208, PTP4A2, and RBM26. Each is linked with H2AZP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZP3-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AZP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AZP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
