The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher H2AX Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where H2AX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
