H2AX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AX mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with H2AX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AX-to-partner and partner-to-H2AX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AX→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
