Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,131 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome organization, Cell cycle DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity. Each is linked with H2AX in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AX-to-partner and partner-to-H2AX results are reported.
