H2AC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR412, MIR4456, and MIR3135B. Each is linked with H2AC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC7-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
