H2AC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, AKAP4, and OR4K2. Each is linked with H2AC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC7-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
