H2AC5P

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2AC5P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H2AC5P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher H2AC5P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AC5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and LUAD show a favorable association.

DLBC, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where H2AC5P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
