H2AC21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,365 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC21-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLK2, CIRBP, and KLF12. Each is linked with H2AC21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC21-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
