The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher H2AC20 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AC20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, DLBC, and LUAD are the cancer types where H2AC20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
