Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2AC20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-264P, RNU6-1028P, and RNU6-110P. Each is linked with H2AC20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC20-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
