Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,402 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear DNA replication, Cell cycle DNA replication, and DNA replication proofreading. Each is linked with H2AC20 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC20-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC20 results are reported.
